Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups water
Juice of 1 lemon
Pastry for two crust 10" pie |
Two Crust Lemon Pie
Mix together in order given and bake between two crusts for 40 min.
In a 400 degree oven. |
