Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1 can ready to eat dried corn
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. minced red pepper

 Fried Corn

Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain bacon and paper towel.
Pour bacon fat into a cup.
Return to the frying pan 2 tbsp. of fat.
Drain liquid from the can of corn.
Add corn, green and red peppers to bacon fat.
Brown over hottest heat.
To serve, crumble bacon over the top.
