Ingredients



5 cups shredded cabbage
4 slices bacon, diced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp.salt 
Dash of pepper 
1 onion.

 Dutch Cabbage



Cook cabbage in salted boiling water for 7 min.
Fry bacon, remove bacon, add sugar and flour to bacon fat, blend.
Add water, vinegar and seasonings: 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper.
Cook until thick.
Add onion (sliced), bacon and cabbage.
Heat through.
