Ingredients
4 cups sliced fresh peaches
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca |
Peach Tapioca
( An ice cream sauce or pudding)
Mix sugar and tapioca with peaches in a baking dish.
Let stand 15 min. then bake 45 min. in 400 degree oven.
For pudding: top with meringue. |
