Ingredients

3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1 cup canned raspberries

 Cornstarch with Raspberries

Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Gradually add the milk
Heat to boiling over direct heat (medium), stirring constantly.
Add vanilla.
Pour over beaten egg; mix and return to heat fro just one min. more.
Serve warm, in individual dishes with raspberries on top.
