Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp. butter
 

 Caramel Icing

Cook the brown and white sugar with the buttermilk until it forms a soft ball in water.
Cool to lukewarm then add the tbsp. of butter.
Beat until creamy.
If icing seems to stiff, add a tbsp. of milk or cream
