Whipped cream was never lighter or more flavorful than this easy version. Use to dress up and combination of fresh fruits or spoon over warm fruit crisps. In a small bowl, whip 1 cup whipping cream with 1/4 cup sugar until it will hold peaks when the beaters are lifted. Fold in 2/3 cup 2% yogurt and 1 tsp. vanilla or 2 tbsp. coffee or orange liqueur, rum or cognac. Wonderful with chocolate cake too! |
