Ingredients


2 cups or 1 pkg. Chipits  Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups peanuts
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Makes one 9x13" Pan

Rocky Road Fudge


Melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and margarine over low heat, or in top of a double boiler.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts.  Cool to lukewarm.

Place marshmallows in a large bowl; fold in chocolate mixture.  Spread in waxed paper lined 9x13" pan.  Chill until firm, about 2 hours.

Remove from pan and peel off waxed paper.  Cut into squares.
