Pralines 'n' Peaches
Scoop pralines 'n' cream ice cream into serving size balls.  Freeze on a metal tray.  Evenly coat with crushed pralines.  Freeze.  Serve in small dishes surrounded with sliced peaches.

Blueberry Lemon Sundae
Sprinkle vanilla ice cream with grated lemon peel, blueberries and a drizzling of rum or kirsch.

Southern Coffee Heaven
Sprinkle coffee ice cream with instant coffee granules, then drizzle with bourbon, Scotch or coffee liqueur.

Mandarin Chocolates
Buy a pkg. of chocolate dessert cups from your favorite specialty food shop, or make your own by painting foil muffins cups with melted chocolate.  Chill and peel off the foil.  Fill the chilled cups with vanilla ice cream.  Drizzle with orange liqueur.  Top with mandarin orange segments or finely chopped candied orange peel.
