Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 cups carrots, finely grated, don't pack!
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 med. eggs, beaten

Carrot Cake

Combine all dry ingredients and then add the oil, eggs and carrots.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13" pan and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
 

Note:
Nuts can be added to cake if desired.
Recommend 1 cup of nuts.
