Arrange cake slices in bottom of 13x9" pan. Drizzle with cranberry juice. Arrange raspberries over cake. Prepare instant puddings as directed on pkg. reducing milk to 2 1/2 cups. Gently stir in 1 cup whipped topping. Spoon mixture over raspberries. Spread with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving or overnight. |
