Ingredients


1 pound cake, cut into 12 slices
1/3 cup cranberry juice
2 cups fresh whole raspberries OR sliced strawberries
2 pkg. Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 1/2 cup milk
4 cups whipped topping, divided

Double Berry Cake Squares


Arrange cake slices in bottom of 13x9" pan.  Drizzle with cranberry juice.  Arrange raspberries over cake.

Prepare instant puddings as directed on pkg. reducing milk to 2 1/2 cups.  Gently stir in 1 cup whipped topping.  Spoon mixture over raspberries.  Spread with remaining whipped topping.

Refrigerate 1 hour before serving or overnight.
