Ingredients



2 tbsp. butter
2/3 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups (1 1/2 6 oz. pkg.) semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla 
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Makes About 2 lb.

Five Minute Fudge



Combine butter, Carnation, sugar and salt in saucepan over med. heat.  Bring to boil.  Cook 4 to 5 min. stirring constantly.  (Start timing when mixture start to "bubble" around edges of pan).  Remove from heat.  Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla and nuts.  Stir vigorously for 1 min. (until marshmallows melt and blend).  Pour into 8" square buttered pan.  Cool.  Cut in squares.
