Ingredients


Herb Butter:
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives, rosemary, oregano or tarragon

Corn Packets:
4 cobs of corn, hushed
1/4 cup herb butter
1/4 cup water

Makes 4 Servings
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking time: about 40 min. 

Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter
Herb Butter:
In small bowl. beat together butter, garlic, parsley and choice of herbs. 

Corn Packets:
Break corn cobs in half.  For each serving, place 2 halves on a square of foil.  Spread with 1 tbsp. herb butter and sprinkle with 1 tbsp.water.  Fold foil over to enclose securely, tucking ends under.  Bake in 350 degree over for  30 to 40 min. or until tender. 

Serve from packets.
