Store crisp cookies in a separate container from soft cookies to maintain the different textures.  Crisp cookies should be stored in a container with a loose cover in a cool, dry place.  To recrisp, put in a warm oven for about 5 min.  Store soft cookies in an airtight container with a pieces of apple or bread.
