1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/2 cup ketchup
2 cups water

Mix all ingredients together.

Brown chicken in frying pan.

Put chicken in casserole dish, pour mixture over chicken.

Bake 1/2 hour to 3/4 hour at 350 degrees.
