Ingredients


1 egg
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. each of salt and white pepper
2 lbs. ground chicken or turkey
1 tbsp. butter or vegetable oil

Light Chicken Burgers


Place the egg, Dijon and seasonings in a bowl.  Stir until blended.  Add the chicken.  Work in with your fingers until combined.  Form into 8 patties, about 1/2" thick each.  Melt the butter in a large non stick pan.  Add half the patties and cook over med. heat, covered, for about 4 min. per side.  Repeat with remaining patties, using more butter, if needed.
