Ginger Saigon Wings

 

Whisk together 3/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sesame oil, 2 tbsp. grated ginger, 4 crushed garlic cloves and 2 tbsp. dry mustard.  Marinate 3 lbs. wings in mixture overnight.  

Bake these oriental treats in a preheated oven 375 degrees, for 15 min. basting occasionally.  Then, turn the pieces and brush with any remaining marinade.  Continue baking for an additional 10 to 15 min. or until the chicken is tender.
