Ingredients


4 lbs. chicken wings
2 cups bottled vinaigrette style Caesar salad dressing
3 tbsp. finely grated Parmesan cheese
4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Pinch of salt

Caesar Wings


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Remove the wing tips from the chicken wings.  Cut the wings in half at the joint.

In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients together.  Brush chicken pieces liberally with the marinade.

Arrange the wings on a rack on a foil lined baking sheet.  The wings should not be touching.

Bake in the center of the preheated oven for 15 min. basting occasionally.  Then, turn the pieces and brush with any remaining marinade.  Continue baking for an additional 10 to 15 min. or until the chicken is tender.  Serve hot or cold.
