Ingredients



1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked, drained
1 cup chopped cooked potatoes
1/2 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cut up
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup cold water
1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

 Deep Dish Meat Pie



Brown Meat in large skillet on medium heat.  Drain.
Add onion; cook until tender.
Add Vegetables and process cheese spread; mix well.
Spoon into 12 x 8 inch baking dish
Melt butter in saucepan on low heat.
Stir in flour and salt.
Cook 2 minutes or until bubbly.
Gradually stir in water until smooth.
Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture boils and thickens.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
pour over meat mixture.
Separate dough in to 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal.
Place over meat mixture.

Bake at 375 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
