Ingredients


1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 cups carrots cut into 2" pieces, OR
6 cups small thick carrots
1/4 cup cognac
1 bunch green seedless grapes

Baked Cognac Carrots


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine the butter, sugar and salt in a large shallow baking dish.  Stir in the carrots and pour the cognac over top.  Cover and bake in the oven for 45 min. to 1 hour until the carrots are done as you like.  Stir once during baking.  Stir in the grapes and serve.
