Quick Ways with Broccoli



Parmesan Toss
Cut 1 bunch broccoli into bite size flowerets and cook until tender crisp.  toss with 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp. toasted silvered almonds and freshly ground black pepper. 
serves 4.

New Creamy Broccoli
Cut 1 bunch broccoli into small flowerets and cook until tender crisp.  Drain.  Dab with 2 tbsp. creamy goat cheese and generous pinch of freshly ground black pepper.  Stir over low heat until the cheese is melted. 
Serves 4.

Warm Mustard Vinaigrette
Cut 1 bunch broccoli into bite size flowerets.  cook until tender crisp.  Drain well and too immediately with 2 tbsp. olive oil whisked with 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard and 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar.
Serves 4.

Garlic Stir Fry
Heat 2 cloves garlic in 1 tbsp. peanut oil.  Add 1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite size pieces, and 1/4 cup water.  Stir fry over med. heat until tender crisp, about 8 min.
Serves 4.
