Combine ground chuck, Carnation, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and chili powder in large skillet. Cook over med. heat until browned. Stir occasionally. Add tomato sauce, beans and olives. Mix well. Cover bottom or 1 1/2 quart casserole with 1 cup corn chips. Pour in meat mixture. Top with remaining chips. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 30 min. Serve with crunchy rolls and fruit salad for a truly easy, but delicious supper. |
