Ingredients



1 lb. ground round
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. hot mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Few drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
8 individuals French rolls
1 cup grated process cheese
1/4 cup diced dill pickles
1 med. diced tomato

Patio Picnic Burgers



Combine ground round, onion, green pepper, catsup, Worcestershire, mustard, salt, pepper, hot pepper sauce and Carnation.  place in skillet; brown.  Drain off excess fat.  Hollow buns by cutting off one slice about 1/2" from end.  With fork, remove center of roll to about 1/4" from edge.  Combine cheese, pickle and tomato with meat.  Spoon into rolls, packing tightly.  Replace end of roll.  Wrap  in foil.  Refrigerate until ready to use.  Before serving, places on grill 2-3" for hot colas for about 10 to 15 min. or until heated thoroughly.  Unwrap and serve.

To Heat in Oven
Preheat to 375 degrees.  Bake for 20 to 25 min.
