For a meaty treat that's always a bit hit at barbecue party, ask your butcher to cut beef ribs, which are usually about 7" long, in half. Barbecue, turning once, for about 30 min. Liberally brush with Bold 'n' Spicy Texas Rib Sauce and barbecue the ribs meat side down, and on the sides, for a total of about 10 more min. Terrific with corn on the cob and a garlicky Caesar salad. Note:
