Sensational Grilled Steaks
Whether you're barbecuing or grilling, it's easy to boost the flavor
in your grilled steaks.
Fast Roquefort Sauce
Mash 1/4 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese with 1 tsp. butter and a dash
of Worcestershire sauce. Grill one side of the steak. Turn
and spread with the Roquefort mixture. Grill until the cheese begins
to melt.
Double Peppercorn
Drain green peppercorns in brine. Mash and press into both sides
of the steak, then sprinkle with cracked peppercorns. Grill on the
barbecue.
Grainy Mustard
Whisk 3 tbsp. olive oil with 2 tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard, 2 crushed
garlic cloves and 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper. Spread over
4 large steaks and grill. |
