Preheat barbecue or broiler and oil the grill or grease the broiler pan. Blend the seasoning in a small bowl. Sprinkle bothe sides of the meat with the seasonings, then gently press them into the meat. Place the meat on the barbecue or under the broiler and grill for 4 min. per side for med. rare meat. The steaks are great with baked potatoes and Ceaesar salad.
