Combine the paprika, curry powder, Cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Coat each burger well with the mixture. Cook the burgers in a frying pan or on the barbecue, for 6 to 8 min. on each side, taking care to score each side. Toast the buns. Garnish the chicken burgers with a slice on cheese and place them on the hamburger buns.
