Ingredients



10 oz. soup, cream of mushroom or cream of chicken
3/4 cup evaporated milk
3 cups short pasta, cooked al dente (slightly hard)
7 1/2 oz. tuna, canned in water, drained, crumbled
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup green and or red pepper, diced
1/2 cup cashews (or nut of your choice), chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Pepper to taste
1/4 cup soda crackers, unsalted, crumbled

Tuna Cashew Delight



Combine the soup and milk in a microwaveable glass 2L. or 8 cup dish.

Add the other ingredients, except the soda crackers, and mix well.  Cook in the microwave on High for 8 to 10 min.  Stir.

Sprinkle the crumbled soda crackers on the mixture.  Cook on High for 2 to 4 minutes or until the mixture is hot in the center.
